Everyone aged 13-19 has a personal adviser. They can help you with:

• planning your future

• choosing courses at school or college 

• looking at different careers

• helping you develop through sports, voluntary work or other activities.

Some personal advisers offer support with other issues like:           

• health

• bullying

• relationships

• money

• the law.
