SIXTH FORM Many of the schools in NW London have sixth forms. If your school has a sixth form it should be easy to find out about the courses offered, from your teachers. If your school does not have a sixth form you may wish to consider going to another school, after Year 11. The range of courses offered varies from school to school. Think carefully which courses you wish to study and then find out which schools offer them. A list of local schools with sixth forms is provided. To apply for a place, you will need to contact each school separately. You may wish to review the previous performance of sixth form students at the schools you are considering. A government web site provides this information. It can also provide a list of schools within a particular distance of your home. In order to make a well informed decision you will need to consider other issues about the schools you are considering (such as the location, the facilities, class sizes and the general atmosphere). <more> home | plan | study | work | help | email enquiries | telephone help line © Lifetime Careers Brent and Harrow Ltd 2001 |
