OCCUPATIONS

You can get information about jobs from many places. At school or college you should have access to a database of job information such as Kudos, Careerscape, Odyssey or Keyclips. There will also be books in the careers library or learning resource centre such as the Working In series and Careers.

The internet is a useful source of occupational information but you need a place to start your search.  The Connexions website www.connexions-direct.com/jobs4u will take you to a large database of job information which will provide further web links on specific occupations.

If you would like information about any occupation you can look in the school careers library or email a question to a personal adviser!
